What should I do before a treatment?

It helps to be already drinking at least 6 glasses of pure water spread evenly throughout the day. Eating healthy, exercising regularly and avoiding caffeine and alcohol; both of which dehydrate, and in turns, clog the lymph network.

How does BELD (Bio-Electro Lymphatic Drainage) work?

The effects are based on the Principals of Quantum Physics. A beam of negatively charged ions is lightly applied to the surface of the skin, causing underlying congestion to break into tiny particles. The negative ions attract them to the moving lymph fluids, where they are ushered out of the body.

What are the contraindications?

Prior to using the Bio Electric Lymph Drainage it is important to read the following, since there are certain health contraindications:

• Thyroid problems
• Burns or fresh scars, eczema
• Breast lumps, cysts, or any other symptoms on the breast or other parts of the body

• Pins, staples, or metal plates anywhere in the body

• Women who are pregnant or lactating
